BROWNE, RICHARD From Hawkdon, Suffolk. Freeman 18 May 1631. Aged 81/82 in 1657 (b. 1575/76) He probably came directly from London, where he "kept a wherry", and was "ruler" in one of the Separatist conventicles of the City.

BULGAR, RICHARD Probably from London or Southwark, Mason. He came as assumed 1630, having married sister of Captain John Underhill. Also removed to Dover 1638 with Captain Underhill. Freeman 18 May 1631.

CLARKE, JOHN From Groton, Suffolk, or vicinity. Perhaps Mr. John of Braintree 1637. Mentioned in letter of Bluette of Groton 1633 as "my scholar". Freeman 6 November 1632. Member church 1630, No. 138.
CLARKE, WILLIAM Citizen and skinner of London. Applied for Freeman 19 October 1630, with his brother-in-law Samuell Freeman of Watertown. Before court 9 November 1630. Freeman 18 May 1631. His wife was Elizabeth Quick, daughter of William Quick, citizen and grocer of London. He returned to England between 1631 and 1636 and was living in London in 1640. He did not return to New England, as fas as known.
